In most of our tours it is not necessary to have an excellent physical condition, but it depends according to each tour. For more information, you can review the requirements in each tour or, talk to our offices to clarify all your doubts before booking an adventure.
For the convenience of all our participants, the tours of Gaia Xtreme Mexico include the photography service at no extra cost. In each adventure, the instructors will indicate the strategic points so you can have impact photographs!
If you want to bring your own camera, of course you can do it! Just make sure it is waterproof in the case of water tours.
* If the equipment is damaged, it is the responsibility of each participant.
All photographs of the tours are reviewed and edited before being sent to our customers, for this reason the photos are sent between 3 and 4 business days after the tour.
The photos are sent through the platform «We transfer» through a download link and accounts with 15 days from the date of shipment to download the photographs because after the validity there is no way to recover the files.
* Some blurred photos, with drops of water or too light, may be deleted and may not appear in the final file that we send you.

Sometimes, outdoor activities can be affected by weather conditions, but it is difficult to predict exactly what the weather will be like until a few days before the trip. For any questions, get in touch with us 1 day before your trip. In case the trip can not be made, we offer alternative dates for the same route.
In the section of each tour, you will have at your disposal detailed information about the specific requirements. In addition, prior to the tour, you will receive an email from the offices with a reminder of what you should bring.
Each tour has specific restrictions, but we can mention some:
– Be of legal age (18) or have an authorization signed by the parents.
– Have good physical condition.
– Have confidence in the heights.
– Maximum weight 110 kg for men and 80 kg for ladies (See: Weight Chart)
– In the case of water tours, it is not necessary to know how to swim but to have confidence in the water.
– Not having had recent injuries of knees, ankles or back.
– Not having permanent injuries in the ankles and knees
– Any medical condition must be informed before the reservation (asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, hypertension, pregnant women, etc).
